The name "Sneaker" originated from the term, "Sneaker Net", which was the earliest network. Sneaker net is a term that described the act of transferring data from one system to the next before intranet or internet systems. People had to put the data from one system onto a floppy disk and actually walk, presumably in sneakers, across the room to insert the disk into the desired system/computer to transfer data. Though the world wide web hardly resembles its "Sneaker Net" prototype, the concept is still the same. Transferring and sharing data is what the web is all about, and we're here to help you do just that.

My name is Bobby Breaux . I started web design professionally in San Diego in 2000 with a world-wide laboratory design company’s web site (Research Facilities Design). The site was 250 pages, quite a site to start out with. I then formed a company called Dreamtime Web Designs. I learned a lot in a small amount of time in San Diego, creating sites for Rad2Go (world-wide electric scooter company) in Carlsbad, Real Life Communications in Austin, San Diego Christian Musician’s Network, Smashtone Records and a handful of music sites for local artists.

In 2002, I moved to Houston with my family forming Sneaker Web Design shortly thereafter. I have been very surprised at the success that we've experienced with our business. Sneaker Web Design has morphed into Sneaker Web Design, LLC and currently works with 2 web developers and 2 graphic designers, along with my wife and I.

We love what we do and we adhere to a code of ethics when we work. We are here for you, to help you get your business to the next level.
